Sandburg Studios is a 129-unit studio apartment community created by converting a former Super 8 hotel, without the use of government subsidies or income restrictions. It’s a prime example of how Wiseman Capital is reimagining underutilized properties to create high-quality, attainable housing for today’s renters.
